Domestic flights: the driver waits up to 60 minutes after arrival

International flights: 120 minutes of free waiting is included

Hotel pickups: a 15-minute grace period applies

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are built in already. Should you still be inside the terminal past that window, the trip can be logged as a no-show. Extra waiting is available on request at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

Each passenger is allotted one large suitcase plus one carry-on as standard. If you’re bringing more than that — additional suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers — let us know beforehand so we can make room; a surcharge may apply.

The base fare doesn’t cover spontaneous stops, yet a brief, nearby one can be worked in if you set it up ahead of time. Depending on the added time, a modest fee might apply.

The price you’re quoted is the price you pay — nothing hidden. Tipping the driver is entirely up to you and always welcomed.
