Yes indeed — guests from any country are welcome to reserve. Overseas payments are no problem, and we stay in touch with you by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Is a last-minute booking possible?

Not really — every trip has to be set up in advance. Try to give us four hours’ notice or more, because same-day slots can’t be guaranteed.

🔐 Can I secure my reservation with a deposit?

Yes. Putting down a deposit holds your spot: pay 50% on trips under $199 USD, or 30% once the fare reaches $200 USD and above.

💵 May I hand over cash at pickup?

You can’t cover the whole fare that way — first lock in your car with a 50% deposit through our payment link or Zelle, and then pay the remaining balance in cash when the driver shows up.

🚗 Do you only collect passengers from the airport?

Far from it — aside from airports, we also pick up at hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private homes.

We run SUV XLs suited to smaller groups, vans with 12 and 14 seats, and large buses holding 40 to 54 passengers for big occasions.

📍 Is a meet-and-greet available inside the airport?

By default we do curbside pickup. Send us a text with your exit gate and your driver will be there in just a few minutes — faster than the traditional sign-holding wait.

Would you rather have a driver holding a name sign inside the terminal? That option is available for US$ 20.

🚘 How will I know which driver is mine?

One day before your trip, you’ll receive a message from us listing the driver’s name, the car model, and the plate number, plus complete instructions for the curbside meeting point.

📞 What if I'm unable to get in touch with my driver?

Don’t panic — the instant your plane touches down, we’ll send you a text. Should you not reply soon, your driver will make their way to the international arrivals hall. Just stay put there and we’ll come to you; no one is ever abandoned.

⏱ How much time do I get to clear customs before the driver departs?

Domestic flights: up to 60 minutes after you land

International flights: 120 minutes of complimentary waiting

Hotel pickups: a 15-minute grace period

Port pickups: up to 60 minutes past the scheduled time

⏳ What if I need over two hours to get out of the airport?

This is an unusual situation, because two hours of free waiting are built in already. Remaining in the airport beyond that point may be treated as a no-show. Extra waiting can be purchased — US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid directly to the driver in cash.

👜 Does the driver assist with putting bags in and taking them out?

Definitely — your driver is happy to help you with your bags.

📦 Is extra or oversized luggage permitted?

Each person is allowed one large suitcase along with a single carry-on as standard. Planning to bring extras — additional bags, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Tell us ahead of time so we can get ready; there may be an additional fee.

🐾 Are my dog or cat allowed to travel with me?

Yes — we happily accept small pets provided they remain in a secure carrier. Do let us know beforehand.

👶 Are child car seats offered as part of the ride?

For children under five, one child car seat comes at no charge. Want more than one? Ask for it while booking; every extra seat is US$ 15.

🥤 May I eat or drink while traveling?

Please refrain from eating on board. The sole beverage permitted is water in a sealed bottle.

🚧 Is a quick stop during the trip possible?

Spontaneous stops aren’t covered by the standard fare, though a short, nearby one set up beforehand can be included. The additional time might carry a small charge.

🕒 Am I able to change my pickup time once I've booked?

Yes, of course. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, if space allows, we’ll shift your pickup to a new time.

💲 Are there hidden costs on top of the quoted price?
